MEETINGS

At the Holiday Inn Express Horseheads hotel we take great pride in offering you quality service and up to date meeting facilities. We aim to meet every requirement needed to hold that very important business meeting, conference, seminar, special breakfast, luncheon, or dinner.  We invite you to stop by and see our banquet rooms and talk to us about arranging your special event.  We will set up the room to your specifications; theater style, classroom, conference, or rounds.  We offer coffee breaks that suit your needs, whether it is morning, afternoon or evening.

Our room rental is based on time and space. The available rooms are the Cayuga, Seneca, and Keuka Rooms; each room is approximately 42’ long by 20’ wide.  Our Ballroom is made up of all three rooms. We can accommodate a small intimate group of ten or a large group of up to 200.
